 Q) How do you determine the backset measurement?

• The backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the 2-1/8" bore hole. There are two common backsets for residential locks, 2-3/8" and 2-3/4". Depending on the brand and lock type you have selected some products come with an adjustable backset. However other brands you must specify backset needed.

• Shipping varies depending on weight and size of the product(s). Due to this there is no set shipping cost. We do the best to estimate shipping costs upon checkout however to receive an exact shipping quote please contact our customer service team.
• JRD Supply does over free shipping on orders over $500.00 within Ontario.

  Q) Is everything in stock?

• Not all products shown online are in stock. Some brands we carry are ordered on a pre order basis as they have many different finishes and configurations.
